It's a new one up on my soundclick page called Atomic Sunrise. Still using DFHS, Pod XT Pro, Sampletank/Sonic Synth. No solos in this one... It's probably a bit more aggressive than the last 2 I have put out. Let me know what you think.

Nice sounds. I got to get DFHS.....You guys using it are coming up with some killer sounds. What settings did you use for the guitars? I have a POD XTL, and have been playing with it, but haven't found a sound I really want to keep yet. This is pretty cool. Very heavy, but clean. Got any vocals for it? I'd love to hear it as a whole song, vocals and all. Nice mix.

Gonna get vocals on it soon. Just have to decide what will sound good over it. You can get some good POD XT patches from www.thehotplate.com. The forums over there have a bunch of good stuff. If you like I can post a couple of my patches as well. I have no problem sharing. Also, the main reason why DFHS eats up so much CPU is all the processing you end up using on the drums. It takes quite a bit for my sound, I'm probably going to buy a dual core processor soon.

Thanks, man, and thanks for the link. I looked at it briefly, and will check it out later today, when I have more time. Looks helpful.

Cool stuff mankeymanx, Very intense!
I love the little winding down section leading into the rolling double bass riff.
Heavy ;)

Thanx... Now if only I could do some vocals to it. I think if I could get some good vocals on my tracks it would take it to the next level.

What kind of vocals do you plan to put to these songs?

Probably a combo of screaming, singing, and spoken word stuff. I really like a good variety in my tunes. I havn't really done much screaming lately, but I have done alot of spoken word and singing stuff...
