I was wondering if anyone hear had a spare minute or so to record about 30 seconds worth of electrical noise on an Mp3 and post it somewhere. I need it for the beginning of a song. I tried Izotope Vinyl, but it bleeds too much and doesn't give out the right sound. anywho, the only example I can give is the beginning of the Guns 'N' Roses video, not sure which one, sweet child o' mine maybe? I'll pay with my child. :D :D :D

I'll try my best : "PSSSSSHHHH". The sound you hear on the TV when there is no signal.

not that type, I don't think. Like when you leave the cord plugged into your amp, and laying on the floor. It gives a sort of sharp hum. thats what I mean. not PPSSSSSSH.

I know what you mean and I would be happy to do it, but I won't be back here to post it untill monday morning. Just say the word! Also are you looking for any type of specific characteristic stuff or just a consistent hum? Either way I could record a minute or 2 and you could cut out what you want.

i pay with child, or oral sex. whichever you prefer.

It's post-production for a small independent film. It's a garage band, with an amp and the cord hanging to the input and just that type of noise. any help is greatly appreciated. i luv you.

PS. just find this thread on monday and post a link. Thanks!!! :D :D :D

Here is some noise of a guitar cord hangin, then being plugged in, and feeding back a bit. If it works, cool. If not, sorry.

Dogman, that is the most stunningly well performed line noise I have ever heard!!! :D :D :D :D

Man, you guys should hear me when I'm sober.....Scratch that. Won't happen in your lifetime.... :D

Ah...now I understand. You weren't looking for a PSSSSHHH or a PFFFFFTTT, or even a PSSSTTTTTT. It sounds like you were looking for more of a BBVVVVVVVVV or BBBZZZZZZZ. My bad :D
