A Pop Jam to listen to.

Been meaning to post something here forever, but never got around to it. A buddy and I decided to mess with auto tune and this is what came out of it. Not a huge fan of excessive auto tune, but ah well. More of a joke than anything, but thought I would post it up. May be catchy? Let me know what you think.

For a "joke", this sounds okay. The arrangement needs more substance. Auto-tune doesn't sound bad due to the genre, but the melody sung has a nice range, which would be nice to hear not so auto-tuned.

The breakdown part vocalist's accent makes it almost laughable. Complete opposite of hardcore, in my opinion. Not bad for a quickie.

I thought it was pretty good too. In fact for this genre its right in there. The vocalist sounds good with the auto tune, but it is overdone, I think the trick for this type song is to alternate vocal effects and sounds, because by the end the auto tune is really monotonous.

Overall good job, I liked it.

Breakdown part? as in the rap section or towards the end? Neither of us have a accent so must have done something weird there. I definitely agree on the auto tune getting monotonous, if he could hit a note I would try to ease it off a bit lol. Mix wise how does it sound haven't really listened outside of my space?
