A Nice EQ site

I was searching the web for some EQ tutorials and came up with this. Now I know that there is no clear cut way to just add EQ and make your vocals sound perfect but this is a site that I found with some tips on how each frequency affects what part of the mix and things of that nature. So let me know what you guys think of this site, is the information true/false, helpfull, or just a waste.

Looks good as a starting point - not exactly my formula but then it's not as if you can get two engineers to agree how strong they like their coffee much less how to EQ a session...

I'm - like you - new to this too, but the information seems consistent with what I have read elsewhere. I'll probably use that site as a "crutch" until I start understanding EQ:ing myself and start developing my own preferences. Thanks for link!
