Dear Freindz,

I Just Thought I'll Share My Way Of Programming Drums These Days, With You All. Well! To Save My Self The Hassle Of Midi Sequencing, I Recently Borrowed A Friendz Kurzweil K2vx And Individually Recorded (individual Hits) The Drum Kits On The Sound Forge. Then I Edited The Drum Hits Individually On Sf And Saved Them As Different Drumsets As Wav Files. Now What I Do To Sequence Drums Is That Firstly I Lay Out A Metronome Track On The Acid 4 By Dragging Indvidual Click Sounds On Quarter Notes. If U Do This You Will Have To Set The Properties Of The Tracks To One Shots By Right Clicking On The Track Then Selecting Properties Then Making The Changes In The Properties Window That Opens Up. After That I Just Open Every Drum Hit That I Have And Then Place It In The Right Place ON The Grid. To Manipulate The Velocity I Just Play With The Volume Control Available On Each Individual Hit On The Grid (do That By Selecting The Hit And Pressing V On The Keyboard). Surprisingly This Method Is Giving Extremely Good Results. Have Fun Trying This. If U Have Any Questions Lemme Know.

Cheers! :) :) :) :)
