So, my wife took the kids out today and I had the whole day to have some friends over and create something. We started with a bass riff through a tiny little amp that distorted (mixed in with a direct amp sound). We played together live to make a bass and drum loop and came up with 3 or 4 sections.
Then my other friends arrived and we just through in a bunch of other stuff (slide guitar, harmonica, tambourine, shakers, etc.).
This is the result. (I'm singing vocals on this).
I'd love ideas for mixing on this track, since it's such a ginormous mess.
I love it though...but it's a mess.
