I am running an avalon 737 into a 1880. I have decided to get outboard convertors and am fresh to the subject. Is there a big differencbetween 96k and 48k (or whatever it is) in quality?
please suggest some good sounding converters (i know you get what you pay for)... i saw an Apogee rosetta 2 channel one on harmony central for $800. I guess i will spend this much but is there anything cheaper that will yield close results? I just have a home studio and want to hear the 737 for what it really is.
