The intolerance of society. While all of Gods recordings should be free to interact and love, some people in our society are still stuck in the past. They cant see past the labels that have been forced upon our recordings, and when pressed the only reason that they come up with is that this is the way it has always been. Sure, you hear the same old tired arguments that the mix resulting from such a union would be accepted by neither side, but is this really more than a thinly vieled excuse for deap seated bigotry? Have we not progressed as a society enough that seperate, but equal is still considered a viable philosophy related to recorded media? It saddens me that this is still the case. I look forward to a day when all recordings will sit on the same shelf as equals, and we can truely be free.

Yeah right, next your gonna pull out the tired old RIAA stats that say the majority of recording crimes comitted in the united stats are by mono tracks. It just shows you how if you cook the statistics, anything is possible. If you break down those statistics adjusted for income brackets, then you will see that mono recordings are no more likely to cause trouble than stereo tracks in the same income bracket. Wake up and smell the bigotry.

mathmatically speaking, there are more mono tracks in prison than other kinds of tracks. But is that just because mono tracks are convicted more often or that they are committing propotionally more crimes.

My point is: which came first the chicken or the egg. You dig?

NOnononono No. There are Mono tracks make up a disproportionate percentage of the lower economic classes, which nearly all audo recordings crimes are committed by tracks belonging to these classes. IF you break it down by economic class, the number of mono tracks in prison are representative of thier numbers in free society.

In other words, while mono tracks make up only 20 percent(rough numbers here, but I dont have a cite), of the whole of recordings, they make up nearly 80 percent of the income brackets most likely to be in prison, and also make aproximately the same percentage of the tracks incarcerated in prison, which all things being equal is to be expected.
 
I have to side with TexRoadkill on this subject.

BDGR and Twonky, I can assimilate with both of your views on the subject of “mono tracks” here in America, and the prisons in America.

But…. What about the dual mono tracks in the world-wide arena?

I have a quote from the leader of the Right-Wing Leftist Unified Separated Dual Mono Tracks Oxymoron Solo Organization.

His unspoken vocal statement said, in a paraphrased quote, that the recent Stupid Smart AND the Hurry Up and Wait digital analogue episodes were set to randomly coincide with the new date anniversary of the “Icy Hot” party war. And.... that was a “hazily clear message” to the unheard musical world that his organization was actively inactive.

What about them. Do you have a cite to indicate that there is any disproporionate amount of criminal activity relating to the Dual lifestyle/preferance? I would like to see it, and a cite from godhatesduals.com is not a valid cite...I am talking about peer reviewed scientific data here.
