Hey all, recorded this track few weeks ago would love some feedback on the production and how maybe i could improve :) Constructive criticism.

Recorded on cubase 5 using on pc via Tascam fw1804 sound card, AKG C3000 and a Taylor acoustic guitar.

English believe it or not... I know the pronunciation is a bit rough.

Your voice reminds me a lot of the Shout out Louds: YouTube - ‪Shout Out Louds - The Comeback‬‏
Except he can pronounce with a little more clarity :)

I feel like everything in the mix with exception to the acoustic and vocals are a little too muted.

The drums feel like i'm hearing them from another room.

Bass, drums, and piano could be a little better defined.

Haha yeah your right about the vocals... It is my best friend that sings in this track I sadly never sing anything I record as I cant sing in tune. I might get him to see if he can make it a better performace and try change the drums as your right, they just don't sound like they belong to the song. Cheers for listening.

hehe... I love this song. I think the drums sound okay. Just a bit muffled. The piano sounds *really* muffled. I think the vocals sound awesome. Guitar sounds awesome, too.

Keep at it. This is a great song.

Vocals are well done and captured nicely too. Acoustic(s) sound good too. The snare sounds kinda dead to me though. A more full bodied sound with some crack to it would move this along better I think. The piano sounds kind of oddly muted too. Overall it sounds good though and it was a fun listen.
