43 Second "Traffic" Jam

This snippet was recorded using a Kurzweil K2600X synth/workstation with stock programs, a Dell 333Mz P2, and a Turtle Beach Montego soundcard. How does the sound quality and mix come across? Appreciate any comments. Thanks -----LEE

38 second "Traffic" jam.
 
Good midi work, but electronica isn't my style.

All of it sounds artificial, cause it is! lol

I love creating/recreating acoustic sounds way too much to go totally electronic.

Why am I talking about me?
 
I enjoyed it, Im an old fan of traffic. It had that Capaldi feeling in the background.

not my cup o tea, but the mix sounds great, to me!!!! the tune had a real nice vibe to it!! i just dont care for the sounds.

yeah, if the tune was done with real instrument's, is what i was trying to convey. the tune is good, and mixed well, but "artificial" sounding, that's all:D and yeah, the lead does stand out as being the most"artificial".:D

I appreciate you reviewing this snippey-doodle, Rick. This is as real as it gets so far! I am going to get some serious megabite size samples that will make a considerable difference in sonic realizm.....at least I hope! Thanks again, LEE.
