I have used the MixWiz for live sound and it performs very well. However, I have not used it for studio mixing. In fact, I have used a few Allen & Heath mixers over the years and have had no complaints about any of them. A & H has a good reputation for decent quality and are used for large concerts all over the world. I would not hesitate to try more of their products.

I thought I heard someone say that Behringer is in the process of purchasing Allen & Heath, but I am not 100% certain of that.
