2 Seperate Questions: Piano Pedal/Damper Sound & Getting Feedback Effect in Cubase LE
Hello again folks!
I'm beginning to feel a little guilty for asking so many questions, but you all are so helpful and lovely that I just can't stay away!!
I wanted to put these 2 into 1 thread so I don't overrun this place too much lol!
Ok, question 1:
Could I ask any of you very nicely if you might be able to record the soft squishy sound of a piano's soft pedal/dampers moving on and off please? I only have an electric piano, which sounds very realistic, all but this small detail. I would take these "samples" and place them where the lifts and presses are on the track. It makes the world of difference to me, when I hear that sound, I feel it makes the piano sound so much more real and acoustic.
Question 2:
Does anyone know what the plugin was called in an earlier version of Cubase with which you could create a feedback effect please? I used it on the infamous Lost backing organ, but have now "Lost" (lol) my Cubase disc and my previous computer committed suicide, taking everything with it!
Maybe someone knows of a good (free or very cheap) plugin that could do this? I basically made a new instrument with this, making the organ feedback excessively and produce some very beautiful overtones and harmonies.
Many thanks everyone, for putting up with me flooding this place lol!
