Hello everyone; After about a month, I finally managed to finish 2 more mp3.com recordings, both of which make heavy use of my newly acquired Lowden F22, which records very well. "Till the End of Time" is a vocal song with a lot of guitars and harmonies (quite a challenge to mix...not sure if I got it 'right'), and "Jumping In Puddles After a Storm" is an instrumental (which I finally came up with a name for) using just 1 guitar and a lot of tapped harmonics. Any feedback would be appreciated, as I am always looking to improve. Also, I updated my express URL to something much shorter (see below). Thanks!

It looks like my new express url may not be working yet, so you may have to use the one below. Sorry for the inconvenience. Rick

RPM, I checked out both songs. The guitar had a good sound and the song was very original. The song with the vox was nice but long. I liked the background vocals in this one though, they sounded great.

Great recording on both tunes...vocals very nice on the "Til The End Of Time"...song is very long, though....just an opinion...could have ended around 3:26 and still retained its wholeness.....You sure get a good sound on guitars...gibs

Thanks for the feedback! That's two votes for 'too long' on TTEOT...I tend to agree with you also. I'll wait and see what others might have to say about it, then I think I may have to open up Cool Edit and chop out the 2nd verse and chorus, and put a 'short version' on the site as well. Thanks again! Rick

Based on this feedback (and similar feedback from others), I mixed a short, acoustic version of this song. I will post here when it is up on mp3.com. Thanks for the input. Rick
