The 12 string electric is a a older Schecter TSH 1 Diamond Series semi hollow body. iIbought this new around 2001 and it never left my house. Like new and used lightly in my smoke free home project studio. Comes with heavy duty soft case. $275
The 6 string acoustic is a Yamaha FX370C that I bought new about a year and a half ago. it has a 3 band EQ with adjustable mid range. Like the 12 string,it never left my house used in my home project studio only, very low hours. Comes with hard case. $225
