I have a pair of 1081's that I paid $11,000 for and have had amazing results. I use these with the 1176 urie and straight into
protools great for drums and kick I liked them so much that I just bought a neve psm submixer (see attachment) so that I can have 12 channels of neve preamps I have a mackie db8 mixing board but not really impressed with the pre's that is comes with. I highly recommend if you can afford it to get some of these as it really is an amazing product.
