Is anyone heard about a mic use 1.22'' gold diaphragm ? I never heard so big diaphragm . I just want to say Feilo will release some mics use 1.22'' gold diaphragm . Feilo is a Chinese company (plant) which make mics for ADK , SE Electronic , blah-blah-blah . I have seen the new mics , really fat . I think ADK will sell it soon .

CAD uses a 1.25" diaphragm. I'm not sure if it's Chinese made or not...(I know their cheaper mics are...)

CAD's 1.25" diaphram is used only in the CAD VX2, their flagship mic. The capsule is made in Ohio. CAD also uses a 1.10" capsule which comes with the VX2 and is used in the VSM and perhaps the M9 (not so sure about this last point).

The VX2 is an incredible mic.

I kind of figured they made that one in house, but I wasn't totally sure... Actually, I'm still not totally sure...but ah well. :)
