I had a Soundblaster card installed, it came with Adaptec EZ CD Creator. How do I check to see if there is any other software that will help me create a WAV from cassette or LP?
How do I properly transfer an old cassette to WAV so I can work with it before putting it on CD? I don't want to play the tape an excessive number of times.
Ok, I found my line-in. Is a RCA to mini adaptor cable the only / best way to feed a cassette deck or VCR into the PC? It seems kind of primative. How does the quality of the signal tend to be?
No, I'm not sure. Here is what I do know: This Gateway system has no mini jack on the CPU except the color coded ones for the Boston speaker system. There are 2 USB ports, and misc. parallel ports. Which is which?
