REFX Slayer VSTi does decent feedback. I'm not usually a fan of 'virtual guitars', but this is a pretty cool plugin. There's a demo version on the REFX website.

As long as you can get your PC to read the Atari floppy (assuming you have your songs on floppy), then Cubase should be able to open *.all files without a problem. It might not work with newer versions of VST, but it worked fine with Atari Cubase 3.0 and PC Cubase 3.7 a few years ago when I did it.

I added an extra case fan (just for something to do), and tried both 'flow thru' and 2xintake fans without any dramatic change to my CPU/chassis temp. Are you ready for the extra noise? Is your system running hot? Are you doing it just cause you can (I know I did)? :)
