HELP! What tool do you use to change these switches? I find myself trying for ten minutes to change the switch on my KSM141 with a little screwdriver, only to realize that all I succeeded in doing was scratching the plastic. Any suggestions?

Hi guys. Do the Mackie Onyx mixers have automated faders? Just curious, if I get one, if I'll have to get a control surface too in order to do MIDI stuff.
