I have a m audio 24/96 and I have it real basic out the mixer into the soundcard out the sound card into my strero. Is there a way that i can use one sound card and not have to have it where i can't listen to what i am recording at the moment?
I was told that it is possible with a certain program, that you can just put in the Cd and the track on the cd(a beat for instnce) is ready to be used with out recording. Just pop the cd in and any one of the songs is on a track in the program. I know this is not a clear question but.....
When I record my vocals they tend to clip. I make sure that my levels are out of the red on my mixer and my sound card. Im recording in 16 bit, should I be recording in 24 bit? What is the problem?
