should I go stright from the Drums into the 1880 or Drums to my mackie mixer then to the 1880.. My worry is if i go Stright to the 1880 will I have enough EQ for the Kick Drum and Bass Guitar..

Silence is listed under effect's . so I was wondering, was it an effect that would use up my CPU as other effects do. I would like to know the theroy of how is works / what is it doing to create the Silence.

I'm not worred about drive space as much as Processor useage. so if its not an effect, useage on the Processor is Nill ? and does envelope also takes up just as much HD space ?

Is Silence an effect ? I'm using it to take out parts of the vocal track, But by using it, am I realy using an Effect ? I don't want it to be a effect that will use up my CPU :eek:

I was wondering if my PC had enough CPU & RAM to record a demo for my band.. I only have a 633 cpu and 193 megs of ram, Win ME I inserted a song on track-1 and inserted a different song on Track-2 then recorded me talking on track-3 and everything seem to playback allright.. so am I right in...
