Hey guys, thanks. Optimize did the trick! I didn't think about that, but when I was cutting 15 minutes off thinking I was freeing up memory, I really wasn't because the 1680 still stores it till you optimize. Problem solved..thanks again!

Please forgive me, but what IS the "analog sound"? When you say you want and have the best of both worlds, what do you mean? Do you record on analog and then mix down or master in digital? Would that option give one the best of both worlds?
