The mixer I'm tinkering with is a Rolls RM-67 and the reverb is a Behringer V-verb Pro. I tried a few times but I'm not hearing the reverb. The back of the mixer has a send Jack and left and right return jacks. Total of 3 jacks not like 1 insert jack like some of the pictures out there.
I seen some synthesia and "midi sheet music" software downloads for free. I'm a beginner and wanting to get a really good fast. BTW my Nord keyboard came in and I love it. ? I just hooked up a ts plug to the hi-z input on the Apollo twin and it sounds great.
Thinking of hooking up my keyboard via trs cable or ts cable to my interface which already has hi-z input. Would it sound better this way or getting a DI box and run the xlr output via mic level?
I was wondering if I could use the 2 inputs (1/4" and xlr) coming from 2 different interfaces. Would it hurt the drivers if by accident I turn both interfaces on at the same time.
I have a few gears and wondering which sequence would work better.
1. Mic
2. Tc Helicon voicelive Rack
3. Vintech x73i
4. Apollo twin
Or
1.mic
2. Vintech x73i
3. Tc helicon voicelive rach
4. Apollo twin
I'm using these on my roland v-studio 100 interface which have 1/4" jack ouputs. At first I thought it was the long cheap xlr to trs cables so I switched them out for shorter ones. Granted they're not quad canare or mogami but they're short as possible. When playing Overwatch (video game) I hear...
Is the 70 still worth purchasing since it's so old and 16 or 20 bits. People still selling em 500-900 bux on Ebay. 92 is only few hundreds more for more update technology. I haven't heard either one. It would only be for vocals in my application. What u guys think?
I just wanna record cover songs but my vocals never seem to be in the mix with the instrumental part. I been reading that compressors are the "glue" and i realize maybe its because I've never compressed the instrumental track. On the thought of compressors....why do analog mixers have insert...
I've got an Allen and Heath Zed12fx and a bunch of outboard rack reverb gears and a few nice mic preamps i wanna hook up to my audio interface which is a Roland V-Studio 100. I only do cover songs but I wanna record 1 dry and 1 wet track. What do you suggest?
Been eyeing on a used lexicon pcm 92 hoping to get it for close to 1 grand. Alot of people at least online thinks that pcm 70 is the best vintage reverb but that unit is so old and i hate having to replace the battery...kinda stupid if u ask me. So far i have the lexicon mpx1, tc electronic...
I was wondering if this unit can be used as akaraoke with reverb and compression without hooking up to a computer? Will I need use the headphone outputs or some to send the reverb to a pair of speakers? Or willthe outputs in the back will do it.
