I work with a lot of midi and step recording in Sonar. Sometimes I will end up with a bunch of separate clips on one track as I create music in the Piano Roll View. So I will go to the main track view and bounce each individual tracks to clips just to clean things up.. no big deal right? do it...

Hey all, What is the best way to bounce my soundfont midi tracks to audio tracks with the effects applied to them? I know I can export each track as individual .wav files and them bring them back in by importing. Is there an easier way to do this? Say by just recording them to another track...

Does anyone know if there is a way to create polyrhythms in Sonar? I have yet to figure it out. As far as I can see, I'm limited to regular note values (i.e. quarter-notes, eighth-notes...) and I don't really feel like doing the math either.
