Sonar annoying glitchy glitch

I'll throw this out and see if anyone has any ideas. I couldn't find anything in the manual about it.

I highlight multiple midi tracks and switch to piano view so I can see each individual part laid on top of each other in different colors. I select one track and then a note value and start step editing. When I'm done editing that track I select another track from the right menu but when I do that it forgets the note value I have picked and automatically switches to quarter-note. Why can't it just stay on the note I picked before??

I'm not sure this is a glitch. The software may just expect you to want different default note values for each track. I haven't tried this myself, but you might try double-clicking the note value button that you want (1/4 note, 1/8, etc.). That might make it "stick."

Either that or I could try and use some glue to make it stick.. hehe
