Pretty cool. Starts off good. Wish it was a bit spookier. Too many happy major chord sounding sections? IMO, Keep it minor and use extra spooky scales. Just my .02

I like the basic song structure. The last version seems to be a very low volume? I'm not very good at describing the mixing aspects. I'll leave that to the mixing critics. The song itself is good, IMO.

I like the riff, but am not into vocals (just my personal prefs) IMO, would really be cool as a guitar instrumental. The guitar riff kills Me likey!
