Check if there are any other devices sharing the Deltas IRQ and disable them or uninstall them. Or move the card to the topmost PCI slot and check the IRQs. If that doesn´t work, read the TweakXP post and try all the mentioned tweaks. A question, were you able to listen to music without pops...
