I send the stuff I do to them as a .mp3. I wouldn't worry about compressing the radio will do it themselves, they compress the shit out of everything. Usually the clips are about 30 sec. this is the limit when the higher rates start. Well this is how it's here anyway, Keijo

Ususally they listen to a rough mix (or a special headphone mix) of the music and their vocals (which you can adjust separately from the rest of the mix). Abut the processed vocals: It depends, some vocalists (especially the ones who want to sing very very cleanly) want to hear their vocals dry...

IMO the bass is too loud. And the mix is all in the center again. You have so many instruments. USE PANNING. And the sound really doesn't suit the song.
