Hello folks, has anyone used all 4 ins on the Audiophile USB (or possible the PCI Audiophile also)? Are there any differences in the RCA ins compared to the TS ins such as possible performance lag from using 4 input channels, or dip in sound quality....if not, is the only difference the sort...

hello folks, got a tune up on the ol' myspace, recorded with the 4040. it's by no means finished, but i've just not had time to make it shiny, and since we were talking about comparing vocals of both mics, the track is pretty much vocals and a guitar at the minute. i'll be re-doing the vocals...

fair play, subtle it was indeed... i'm going to be working hard tomorrow to get a full song done, with vocals from both mics, so hopefully this will highlight the differences more, and i'll post the results.

well both solo and in the mix, and in both cases there is a noticable difference. right enough, the only other tracks in the mix for my test were 2 acoustic guitars, but even still, the B1 tracks seemed to cut through better. this is besides the point, but surely if a vocal track sounds better...
