I would love to have a typical hollow body rockabilly gretsch but with a smaller scale length like a jagmaster. My small hands would love that. Anybody know anything like that?

Let's say I want to learn guitar

Squier telecasters are very formidable. I was using one for a while. I didn't even have to mess with the stock setup. I only changed the strings. Since I don't really use it no more, it literally has been sitting for months and can still stay in tune or very close to it.

Saw a crazy shedder last night

I wish I can play that fast. Unfortunately, due to some chronic muscle tension I can't. So my best friend has been learning theory and my notes which has helped my skill very much and somewhat compensates for my lack of super speed.

what is the best vocal mic for small club, bar gigs that helps to combat feedback and allows for more volume before feedback? I know alot has to do with room acoustics, monitor placement, etc..., but I'm interested in the mic.

    Unidirectional mic help needed

it seems to be very sensitive to any sounds. We record live so of course i expect ambient and bleed through noise, but it just seems a bit too much. I got some cheaper Samson drum mics with a super-cardioid pattern and they are alot better at eliminating unwanted sources.

    Unidirectional mic help needed

what is the best unidirectional mic on a budget of around $100?:D the best mics i have are Audix i5's. I just noticed on the boxes that they arent rated very good at eliminating other background bleed through. Any advice besides buying $1000 mics?!

    Need advice on recording drums

Do most people use the clip on drum mics? Do those pick up a lot of excess rattle sounds? Or should I just stick with boom stands and try to position the mics good? Thanks guys!

    Vox hybrid amp?

I have been looking to purchase a new amp and am seriously considering a vox ad50vt. Anybody currently using these? What's your opinion? I tried one for a few minutes and it sounded very nice. Very thick but clean sound.
