i was thinking that because of my generic soundcard i wouldnt get the quality i was looking for but that wasnt the case. im running the B1 into a dbx mini- pre and the results are great, in my opinion of course...

i also got a new mic cable, i think its NEUTRIK, (is this a good brand?) thats what it says on the end of each connector to replace my radioshack cable, and the quality is so much better. its so quiet.

yea how come these pres dont come with on off switches? my dbx doesnt have one, ive noticed an ART mp not having one, and now im hearing the VTB-1 doesnt have one either?

im thinking of getting rid of my dbx mini-pre and getting this, how do they work together? thank you

all i have to say is, wow, what a difference from my older set up, (radioshack mic into mic in) for the price im really surprised how good this mic is, this board really is right about the B1.

is there a way to send each track from a mixer to a different track in CEP 2 instead of sending it to one track as one mixdown? do i need a special soundcard? thanks
