those spirit m12 EQs are excellent. go from the out to one of the line ins of the m12 to eq and monitor.

most cassette 4-tracks don't have dedicated outs for each individual track but a single stereo pair for mixdown purposes. so you'll be able to transfer two tracks at a time.

are you recording them at a dedicated recording space or live on stage infront of an audience? if it's in the studio you should defnitely focus more on the guitar amps. place them in another room or put absorbers around them and above them to prevent them from bleeding into the OHs.
