Is the standard helmholtz formula as given in the spreadheets on John Sayers site (Knightfly's corrected version) valid down to very shallow "depth from wall" numbers? I am asking because I have an untreated ceiling that I don't want to add too much material to (thus lowering the height) but...

I have seen a similar problem with the 3.1 patch on my machine. One thing I noticed was that Norton Antivirus was using a whole bunch of the CPU whenever I ran Sonar... I ended up uninstalling it. Mine was hanging whenever it was doing an autosave. I turned that off and now save manually...
