I just bought Sennheiser HD380. They are very clear and have a large frequency range, more then you can hear, so it won't be bad quality at high/low freqs. They are also closed and passive noise/sound reduction with 32 dB. I love them. Depends on what you gonna use the phones for. But for...
I finally got it. Some hours with testing I found a solution. If I just use the Boss adapter into the Boss pedal, and the TRS patch from a tuner it won't work. If I use the adapter in the Tuner and use a "multiadapter" from the tuner to the Pedal and use the Patch cable in the middle, it will...
Yeah, sorry. It is a boss compact serie. It's guitar pedal. Mono in/out. But Boss have a thing with you have to plug in a jack before it want to work. Don't see why stereo jacks won't work, the only difference is a ring.
I ordered some mono but got stereo, the shop sent wrong. Very complicated...
Tried some hours searching around the web after some answer to this, but didn't find anything. (Might not be the best researcher).
I bought some MONO patchcables(jack) from the internet, along with another Boss compact serie pedal (Super overdrive). Got the patchcables, only in stereo jack...
I play fuzzbass, I tried recording both clean and fuzz basses. Both with a DI and mic a amp. Perhaps I didn't got the best DI box, but the sound of the DI box sounded to digital and fake. Mic'ed up a Hartke bass combo amp with a Shure Sm-57, have the volum on the amp at twelve. I just love the...
I running a Windows Vista laptop and a 1year old macbook for Pro Tools Le. Must say my windows laptop is so unstabile and, tried other Windows versions of Pro Tools, on more powerful computers. I vote for mac if you got for Pro Tools. My Macbook is fast and stabile. Had one issue, h/w...
Guide for this mixer? Got a really nice price on it now, 650 USD. Gonna get it in about 2 weeks, when I have tried it for some days I would write I guide:) Can't wait! :D
Ok. Sorry bout that. Just mean to remember that I saw at least one or two other manufactors that had M-Powered compatible drivers (downloaded from Digidesign's site or the manufactor). Just got it wrong then. Sorry for the confusion it might have caused.
I would suggest using a digital interface. External or internal sound card, a external might be the easiest. To plug direct into the computers standard sound card isn't the best solution. There are a lot of cheap both usb and firewire (pci and pcie as well) soundcards that meet the requirements...
Just wonder what kind of software people use for Mastering and burning on cd's?
Simple as that  Tried to search the forum, but didn't find anything concrete D:
Sorry. I'll take that back. I can neither find anything at the avid site about it. I see what you mean. I think I remember that I read something about thirdparty hardware at the avid site for some months ago, without can be 100% sure.

Hey! Been searching around the net for some information bout this mixer. Think I've been reading almost everything about it in this studio, and that's alot! :D There are still some questions I'm looking for, perhaps no one can answer without more information, but I'll give it a shot!;) I've...
I tried 003 and I got and Mbox 2. I don't got that problem, it might just be your Mbox. I tried several Mboxes. I got the noise one time. I figured out that it was the USB cabled.. Or I tried another USB cable and then it worked fine. It's annoying. I know. But Mbox 2 have a great interface and...
Just got some more information about it. Handmade in England, looks very nice, a bit dirty though. Just need to know if it's worth that money, since in that case I have to borrow money. Anyone have experience with T-series and the noise level for example..
Thanks in advance!:D
Hey!
Is Soundtrack reliable and good quality? What about the noise? Just saw one used, probably from the 80's or 90's.. Looked a bit old;) Saw a T-series Soundcraft with 16 inputs and 4 busses very cheap, used of curse. *edit* It also followed by a flightcase that's fit. And it's not broken...
Oh, you lucky! Just have the Zed 24.. The sound quality is awesome, nice preamps and eq as well! I need to expand the Direct outs or generally outputs when I get more inputs on my DAW, because of drums etc .. The zed haven't : (
Sorry, take everything I said back. Just heard some sound samples from the R16. I must say I'm impressed! I read in some forums that alot of people hated it because of the sound quality! It's much better than you pay for;)
Real sorry for the things I said: (
That the Zoom R16 isn't the best sound quality? A porta studio from Zoom for the same price as the H4 handheld recorder from Zoom.. It's a bit mysterious?:P
