Hi, Does anybody know of any site where one can go and download a template of a music license contract or something similar? I'm not talking about a 80 page contract, but more of a 2 page or something that outlines the basic conditions when one wants to license music to a client.

A friend of mine informs me that SM 57 & SM58 mic is exactly the same except for the round cover top. He said, removing the round cover top reveals the same top that is inside the head of a SM57, thus in this manner you can use it as is and in theory is really a SM57, is this true??
