    "Snowblind" with NotThatBright on vocals

Man, love Sabbath's VOl.4! I like the guitars and bass on this , vocals really cool....especially the "my eyes are blind.." part. The only thing bugging me a little on this is the drums...something about the snare, not sure what but it seems to be a little to up front or something...just my own...

I did try a tiny bit of compression on the drum track, they are drum loops so its hard to address individual components of the frum sound like cymbals, snare etc... think I have the drums in a little better place..

Thanks BroKen_H yeah Bass is way lacking...I didn't really play that great a bass line...the original is kinda punkish....tried to bring a little more bass to my newest mix, will post at bottom of thread, thanks for the feedback!

    What Potholes?

A thing Im working on...still working on lyrics....or may be a instru mental.....I wanted to get a old school power trio type vibe with bass panned hard one side and guitar on the other...kinda like Trower/early grand funk/Sabbath....wondering how it sounds so far.... MP3 Player SoundClick

Interstellar Overdrive - Pink Floyd Coer

ha ! thanks...I just try and make them as real sounding as I can...lotsa guitars in the middle...used a e-bow on a few tracks to get a almost synth type sound at times...

    Somewhere.....

1st thing I noticed is what greg mentioned...guitar sounded very present up front while vocals sounded distant/reverb....cool song, liked the carefree vibe of it...sung and played very well.

Yup, thanks Ray...big fan of Gong/Hawkwind etc....so I kinda tap those influences ;>) Thanks Pinky....yeah, I kinda stretched the intro riff thing a bit too long.....was gettin in to it too much I think while playing it :>) The original is much shorter in the intro, while much longer for the...
