    Cool Blue Morning

http://www.artistcollaboration.com/~hevyd47ca/coolbluemorning.mp3 I actually wrote this in the cold clear winter of 2000. I don't think I've ever posted this before. I just retracked the whole thing 2 hours ago anyway. This is another instrumental BTW.

    Mas-Lumic chant's,rants & what have you....

Mustafa!!!! The prophet has certainly blessed you with "FUNK". I particularly liked the bass playing. I never stopped to think how influential the middle-east has truly been on funk and R&B in our culture:D Rock on Camel Jockey:)

    **D's Blues**

Studio V's mix http://www.artistcollaboration.com/~hevyd47ca/deezblues2.mp3 Charva You are SO right bout that bass note. I'll leave it in for the humour factor though.:D MC Gitarz -I worry sometimes that these bluesy tunes are turning the bbs into drunks. That was probably the case before I...

    Simple 2 track ballad

Tom.......... I like these quick sketches that we are so lucky to be able to do with the technology today. If I get an idea I can usually have something to listen to in an hour with the gear today. This song seems very fresh indeed. Another one that hit me emotionally first. BTW good song:)

I'm Drunk But What I Say Is True

Check Out "Versatile Solutions for Modern Living"

Hey new Guy At first I thought the drums were too far back, but maybe not. Guitar playing performed good. vocal sits well in the mix. Well written ad performed. I'll leave the tech stuff for others.

    Warm Day

sounds great could use vocals though I think. The acoustic sounds almost too "in your face" Bass and electric sound sweet though. I think the song could be interesting with vocals:)

**Final Mix?** Ready for mastering house?

MC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Bloody awesome Man!!! I think mxmkr could have a point re: panning. I suggest you do more flattop guitar solos, that was GREAT. Vocals fit great. This is a really well done mix. Be sure and let me know when the album is done so I can get MY copy:D :D :D Dan from Canada

    Another unfinished ditty.

recording really quiet other than that, thia is an interesting, if a bit wordy song. You should demo it to the Bare Naked Ladies. I really liked the piano solos. If you were going to record it, you would need to do some editing and get it down to bare essentials. I like it though.

    Remix of my latest song

vast improvement The drums sound rhythmic now. I would however like to see the fake bass replaced with real bass. I really don't think there is any substitute. The technology has come a long way though and I'm sure many would disagree on that point. My 2 cents:)

    Run For Your Life- Final?

I'm with groucho I could never get it together to put something like this together. Ped is truly an amazing bassist BTW. Yes comes to mind for me too like some others have said. You are truly a unique sound in this place of unique musicians. Hope you keep up the good work and life doesn't get...

The Chase: An Instrumental by Guru

Hey newbie http://www.nowhereradio.com/artists/album.php?aid=3617&alid=-1 A more direct link............ I like this. Hard to put it in any style. I guess we used to call it Fusion in the 70's Bass playing very good. Real drums? I like the fake fade-out at the end:D

    revampire

You should be in Hollywood working in the movie industry. Or NY, that would be a lot closer for you. Another moody piece which probably would have had me thinking about vampires if it wasn't close to Halloween.

"My Heart Sinks" - comments welcome

Hey stranger Top-notch songwriting The mix is fine by MY standards which are very low-fi:D Your 'pop' sensibility is firmly carried on in this tune. I'm sure you will get a chapter from StudioV on this one:D :D I LIKED it. Glad to see you back!
