You are right, you can format the other drives within XP but the C or system drive. What I did recently, check up on this, is insert the XP cd, choose, install, then it will ask you where and if you want to format and delete everything in the drive or partition. You choose what you want and...

The monitor is brand new, and it is not the warm up period, it is the turn on click sound that takes that long, the warm up is pretty fast, actually.

My BIOS doesn't take 20 secs to do a post, no freakin way!!!!!! Seriously guys, the other PC I have, with windows 98, the "problematic" one has XP, the second I turn it on, the monitor turns on about 5 secs afterwards. This is surely freakin me out because it has me thinking there is a problem...

To be able to record stereo, you have to have a stereo source, guitar should come in thriugh two inputs of the card, same goes for the keys. To be able to playback stereo of a mono source, you could clone the tracks, but that wouldn´t be true stereo....

In the Monitor Mixer, do you see both sides of the Input/Output with signal, I mean the meters, do both show signal?

When I hit the power button of my pc, the monitor turns on about 20 to 30 seconds later, just when the posibility to enter the BIOS is almost gone, this is really freaking me out. Any ideas how to make it turn on sooner???:confused:

Well I guess that you mean that you can record in one track, only mono and not stereo. Check your recording software and enable stereo recording on the track, and check to use Delta Stereo inputs as source, same goes for the outputs.
