I wouldn't call this industrial metal. Or even metal. The guitar is too soft sounding. There are a few industrial style sounds in there, but it's still more of just rock. I'd recommend putting some distortion on the guitar. I think if it was distorted more it would sound really cool.

It's real. Listen about 2/4th of the way in, when he does a couple cymbals in a row, one of them is quieter. That doesn't happen in a drum machine.

I've found using one mic, just bending the rules of the space-time continuum to allow it to exist in multiple spots simultaneously, works best.

Also with a program like audacity or garageband I believe does this too, you can set the recording to stereo mix, play any video on any site/program, and press record, getting an audio file. This way you don't have to get the whole song too, just the part you want. Plus I've noticed vixy only...

Try anvil studio. It works fairly well, from what I've used of it. Also Jeskola Buzz has some good drum machines in there, and they're both free.
