Thanks war, I finally got a chance to listen. It really does help to hear male and female vocals through the same mike. I noticed that I liked the Hamburg II and Vienna II for the female and the Vienna and Hamburg for the male. Nice way to learn how to judge different mics. Thanks.

Well for what it's worth, I chose the TB1 because I tried both the NT1 and NT1A and really didn't like the sibilant factor. They are not bad mics, just not for my vocals. They seemed thin and even if detailed, they were lacking in something. It didn't sound like my voice to me or the other two...

Studio Projects B1 SP C1 SP TB1 = love it. Even on cheap monitors my vocals sound like me. Nice sound with very little color. IMO Alan is great to work with. The company has been very responsive to questions.
