I agree 100%. I was gonna say that myself. With less noise, layering becomes easier, not more difficult. Seems I have become a bit of a defender of the PODXT here. LOL. Didn't really mean to be. But... I use it quite a bit and I simply cannot agree with all of the comments that seem to spin it...

ISO Boxes dampen your sound. And are certainly not an accurate representation of the speaker you are putting in it (if that's what your seeking). An ISO booth on the other hand CAN work if it is big enough to allow the speaker to produce it's full frequency spectrum and not run into a standing...
