You may be right on Cakewalk,.. but I think that Cakewalk has rebranded itself or something and replaced Sonar(?)... that's how I found out about Cakewalk when I went to do the new Sonar version and it was no longer there... and it had been replaced with this new Cakewalk(???) ... I get updates...

I hear ya forsure,.. hence me being here asking these questions - I've felt that my final mixes are pretty good for the most part but use to run it through iZotope Ozone and make some tweaks but it always seemed to mess with the dynamics of the mix .....grrr... :D

Hey guys,.. it's been QUITE a while since I've been on here,..but the time has come for me to upgrade both my PC and my interface - I've been using my M-Audio Delta 1010 for quite a few years now, and for what it is, it's served me well :) Typically I don't record more than two tracks at a time...

Your right,.. I'm sure that the manuals for all of these units would have some sort of diagram that would show various hook up options,.. as well as all the details of programing different patches and sounds,... But,.. once I get past that part and get into actually layering those three...

Well it's pretty hard to tell if it's a fake or not,... they're building them very close to the original.. One way to tell is by looking in where the mic cable hooks up... besides there being the 1,2&3 pins ..there should be a flat tab in there as well .... I believe that the fakes don't have...

Thanks for all of the input guys,... I actually found a pretty good deal on a used RNP for 375 shipped,.. so I guess that's that for the time being,... I'll probably sell off one of my DMP3's and one of my VTB-1's and put that towards a matched pair of SDC's .... Then in the future I'll look...
