A 32 channel full in-line mixer (built to work with 24 track Otari), with valley people channel strips and preamps, valley people EQ's on 25 channels and 4 valley people compressors (that can be routed anywhere). A lot of bells and whistles and it all works.
Only 3 built in the world.... is worth.
So let me know what you think. It's going to be in a video for promo and stuff so be brutal :).
Tracked by a fellow engineer with a little help from me in our rehearsal room. Mixed by me.
And if anyone is interested I'll post the equipment it was done with.
mp3...
Is it just me or are they really not +4?
If I set them at +4 and run a test tone through them my mixer (with the gains at 0) shows that the output signal is about -6?
Is it because of the unbalanced output?

OK... I'm doing research on consoles for my studio.
Will buy one when I get the new rooms ready.
No Mackies or Behringers! :)
What I really like thus far are:
Soundcraft Ghost LE (without the automation and meters)
Soundtracs Topaz Project 8? (without the automation and meters)
Very impressive...
What to do if the drummer is playing the cymbals WAY too loud. And the rest of the kit too quiet? I can hear the cymbals in _everything_ even the kick mic. Not to talk about the hat bleeding into the snare.
Any bright ideas?
