U87 is much warmer sounding to my ear. And that’s just from listening to it on my phone. I can only imagine the difference listening on good monitors.

Not familiar with that brand. New maker? I know there’s much better cables available, but Hosa has always been a consistent brand. Not the greatest, but not junk.

This is the cable type you want. I’d go with a Hosa rather than just buying any ‘Amazon type’ that’s cheap.
