Not for monitoring I wouldnt say so.... However I use them for my ipod and I like them WAY BETTER than the ipod plugs. Music listening in general. I have some small little plugs that nice comfy in the ear.

Yeah Im thinking bout buying 1 604, and then maybe get another one down the road. Would be okay if I did that? I dont see them selling 604' stereo pair. So that is why I thought about getting the 603 as a pair. I wouldnt use them for vocals at all..just guitar pretty much and drum overheads...

I totally understand where your coming from. That's probably why I have so many incomplete songs because of "lyric hangup". I can write music all the time...lyrics are a bitch...to fit and form...to change...not to change.

I agree there is no particular time. Im as perfectionist as it gets and its killing me...moving on. I'm learning to break this bad mindset. I have been working on this one song for a bout 6months...(versions/ideas/retracking/ etc)....its almost there!
