This one is a bit of psychedelic jam , my buddy wrote the lyrics and I did the rest. Was a lot of moving parts to mix , this is the 1st mixdown

I love the musical buildup in the intro. Guitar playing is real good.
The vocal is tentative - not enough confidence in the delivery. Cool effects on the vocal.
Boost the lead guitar a bit.
All the midrange instruments are a bit smeared together. There is not a lot of separation.
I wonder if you could work on humanizing the drums a bit?
You could maybe nudge up the bass guitar a bit? Maybe compress it a bit more too.

Yeah, this is the main thing. The vocal's doing low notes, so how to get it heard? If it was me, I'd dry it out and bring it up so it sits right out front, but I know that's not always an acceptable mix choice with some.
I like the back and forthing between vocal and guitar. Good tune.

Dense Mix needs to cleaned up - Vocals need articulation - everything sound good - but everything is burying something else.
Love the idea though.
