I want to try to record without an amp, can I have some sugestions?

I live in Laval near Montreal. It's in the province of Quebec in Canada. La belle you meant la belle province? It's a nickname for the town of Quebec?

No sorry! " La Belle France" he lives in Le Havre and goes up the coast a few clicks to very small seaside place and plays the cafes.

Haven't tried it yet. I found a good amp simulator and I'm satisfied with the sound I get from it. I will probably use it to track my bass lines thought or when we will do concerts.
