High pitched hiss in my bass recordings

Hello guys!

I have a terrible problem with high hiss in my bass recording. Here is the sample Vocaroo | Voice message

I tried everything, from changing outlets to my pc, other pc, different interface, DI, nothing helps. I think it's my Bass. Is this a problem with preamp or grounding?

Do you have an active bass with the treble turned all the way up?

No, i'm cutting treble. I'm also hearing similar hiss on my monitors when CPU is on heavy load. It has to do something with grounding probably?
 
Borrow another bass and see if it's in the bass or the recording.
 
Thanks everybody for replys. Problem is fixed. Computer was too close to bass guitar and pickups were picking up the hiss.
