That sucks, Nola. I know you've got a cool new amp, but maybe go back to amp sims? You can always retrack guitar parts when you find a situation where you can make some noise.

All guitars are hard panned. The rhythm set is double take, hard panned opposite. The lead set is double take, hard panned opposite.
Did I misunderstand you?
Yeah, the rhythm guitars sit well in the mix because the two hard-panned takes end up sounding like one, fuller take.
The lead part that comes in around 0:43 on the left, on the other hand, doesn't seem to be as much part of the band. (As an example)
I see, funny you pointed that lead guitar part out... i fiddled with it for awhile because I didn't think it blended well with the track for some reason. I honestly believe it's poor automation - turning it up another db or so would help it fit where it needs to be. I don't think panning or placement is the issue with it, more about volume. It's sitting in the back too much.
