This has got to be one of the best donationware VSTis I've ever got my hands on, so I'm paying it forward to Purgatory Creek by promoting it here!

It's a free download and donating is at your own discretion. I have 4 other Rhodes VSTis that I paid for and this one gets just as much use as the others, if not more. The brightness and consistency in the tone makes it really easy to place in a mix and it still "feels" really good to play (20 velocity layers) and sounds like a real Mark Five.

Isn't VSTi an acronym for a virtual studio instrument, which it is, isn't it? I call all my sample based gizmos vsti's is this technically incorrect?

yeah a standalone instrument that you can load and not a plugin that loads into a VSTI ..
 
Brian makes his way into a lot of my productions. I just think its great that they are sharing such a great VSTi. There would've been a fair bit of work put into its development.

I use Brian probably equally as much as Scarbee MkI or Premier Sound Factory Suitcase Rhodes.
 
i woulda loved to try it but i don't use kontakt ... bet it does sound good though :)
